With over 50 winning advertising pitches and thousands of creative presentations under my belt, I am charismatic, confident and clear. I have over 70 creative awards to my name. In short, I am a senior creative who is passionate and focused with a good understanding of all major creative disciplines - even those beyond advertising. Due to working for over 20 years in international advertising and communications companies in Asia, I am experienced in managing creative teams (and clients) locally and/or in multiple countries across the APAC region. |
The final chapter in my employment history was a choice to build and run my own creative agency when my Son was born. The Stripe Collective has been a successful and regionally renowned creative design shop for the last 10 years.
This terrific experience honed my creative and management capabilities. It also facilitated the development of strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Great creative work not only needs to be unique, it also has to be feasible, value engineering is VITAL. |
Not to mention selling creativity, this in itself is the primary hurdle! We must be able to sell our ideas, not just have them.
Another vital skill gained was developing ideas into "real world" environments and/or products that bring brands to life in exciting physical ways. I don't stop at the "big idea" and the more traditional or digital expressions we have come to rely on... I push creative boundaries. This will always be invaluable to anyone wanting to differentiate in engaging ways. |
